I've been overworking myself a lot recently.
It drains all my energy, and I end up exhausted.

So I decided to challenge myself to find a better schedule!

Here are the rules for my new plan:

- No distractions during working hours.
- At least one hour a day for personal projects.
- Set a bedtime alarm.
- Free time to think and brainstorm ideas.
- Free weekends!

Remember that your schedule is harmless.
The dangerous thing is what you make it mean!
