Here are two pieces of embroidery work I have sewn. The first piece is a copy from an embroidery artist. Their style of creating complexion tones with thread was really inspiring to me. 

 

The second is a piece I created on a sewing machine. I wanted to try out a more abstract style of embroidery, as well as experiment with negative space by overlapping and intertwining the thread.
