Creativity can thrive in times of crisis, so roll the dice!
A collaborative project between the MA Fashion Image and Graduate Diploma Fashion courses at Central Saint Martins in London, where work was created virtually over the course of a month during lock- down. The title Lucky Dip reflects the spontaneity of the Grad Dip. students, with the logo and colour scheme formed with this in mind. On site one can browse individual contributors and read about each individual pairing and the work produced.
The site is mobile responsive and was built using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Design features include a custom ‘Dice’ cursor, a landing page where randomised images occur when the screen is clicked, a list page that has a hover feature where an image from each student’s collection appears when one hovers over their name and an VR Gallery to allow visitors to view the projects of each Grad Dip. student within a virtual gallery situated just outside Central Saint Martins.
