Writer's Statement:
Mona Pirnot, is a senior BFA Acting major at the University of Miami. Her play, Lessons From an Abandoned Work, tells the story of what happens when a college student, in the middle of an existential crisis, writes a documentary drama that hits too close to home and forces her to decide whether honesty really is the best policy.
