Prioritization
The app follows Material Design Guidelines and is designed as a stack of cards serving specific purposes which are prioritized in terms of where they appear on a user's home screen on a user to user basis. The top cards being the highest priority and bottom ones being the lowest.
Feedback Matters
Bad or Inadequate Feedback can cost users monetary loss in a fintech space and can lead to unreconcilable dissatisfaction. The Redesigned app uses visual indicators in terms of color coded elements to alert users to the level of urgency a task might require.
Text and Information Heavy
Fintech Apps can get pretty text heavy. This characteristic effects various design decisions from font considerations to attempts to facilitate decision making. Several steps were taken to simplify complex information without it losing it's purpose and to help users make decisions without being overwhelmed with information.
