This project is a line sheet for a capsule collection for a mock-lingerie company that serves the better market. The colors are bold yet well balanced. It is meant to attract those who are willing to pay more for the lingerie. I Incorporated the idea of a risque fashion trend that is 'color blocking' to cater to the better market, however if you look closely at the designs, this collection has a cheap production cost. I have lessen the seams and there is no overlapping panels. All designs are symmetrical. I have incorporated the edge of the lace on most edges because it cuts cost on finishing. This project was meant to show my flexibility when it comes to working on small budget much like my last project that I posted. Different companies have different budgets for different markets depending on what their idea of what or who their brand is. As a technical designer it is my job to be flexible because even some luxury brands will limit your budget for specific designs if they feel like they just need filler pieces to finish a collection for seasonal releases.
