Local Notion is an imaginary Bay Area local food hub and delivery service. Consumers who want the convenience of grocery delivery and also want to support local farms can use the Local Notion website and app to order produce and other locally-made goods to be delivered to their home. 

The company needed a logo to represent their business and values. The company’s values include: supporting the local economy, regenerative agricultural practices, and making it simple and affordable for consumers to access local food.

The illustrated fruits and vegetables in the shape of a circle echoes the shape of the earth and eco-friendly company values. The main typeface, Mr. Eaves XL, is clean, simple, and has a high x-height, making for easy readability. Decreased tracking and lowercase text give it a friendly, cozy feel.
