THE FIRE TREE DESIGN COMPANY | Photoshoot-styling and design layout
For each photoshoot I would create a shot-list to determine the look and feel of the shoot and to inspire the product styling.
I would then source all the props, photoshoot locations, backdrops and set-styling tools needed.
On shoot, I was responsible for styling props, products and directing models, setting up backdrops, flay-lays and styling the scene for each shoot's look and feel. After this I would retouch images and assist the design team with setting up the layout and design for the various roll-outs, including magazine layouts, catalogues, leaflets, in-store posters, newsletters, as well as social media.
It was a great experience to be involved in the whole process from conception to actual shoot, and then assisting with editing and design to see the projects completed.
