UX Design Path - Obscure

The User Experience (UX) Path
A project I worked on at Obscure UX Design Consultancy, Lahore.
I worked out the concept of trying to cross the river and the hurdles one faces to get to the other side. The main purpose of this illustration was to highlight the importance of Human Centered Design for making products successful, and to show how a designer must go through a series of steps to achieve Value for the User. Taking a shortcut leads to destruction of the design and functionality both!

Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works! - Steve Jobs
I made the initial sketch for the Illustration on a white board using a board marker.
Making outlines in Illustrator.
Final Illustration.
With Annotation.
