It wasn't easy to get here! I couldn't have done it without the sketching that I did. I will now show some of my sketches that I actually was able to get on paper. Some of the sketch ideas didn't make it here but I kept messing with ideas in my brain and made these icons and in my opinion they are iconic. 

Some of the items were just manipulated to make the icons look better for presentation value. 

Colors were my favorite, and the hardest. I found that red gave that New Years vibe. Plus I've checked these images with my Roommates and they find them to give a New Years Vibe, And this is one of the reasons on how I made it to the final iconic images. More will be added later not only to this project but also to my Behance portfolio. Thanks for reading.
