In the complex and vast issue of immigration, a fundamental topic is the development of the new identity.
A development that is identified in a journey, a journey that follows a road, a road that is a "thread": a journey of the body that is a journey of "thought".

In fact, in the migratory experience, what makes difficult the daily life of the immigrant is having contact with one or more different cultures: living the previous experience of birth country, and then moving to the host country which
includes the "change".
Trying to understand the difference-distance that has been created in his mind involves a double movement of thoughts; it is a going towards "the other" but it is also a return towards oneself to see and understand
the imposition of his "roots".
The migrant's cultural identity is not born, but rather takes a new form through different experiences and different environments.
In carrying out the project I try to demonstrate all these experiences lived as an immigrant and present the changes, the confusion of the "true" identity, the connection with the roots, in my important path of "immigration".
However, I believe that the question of the personal search for one's own identity is the fundamental and primary problem of all current immigrants in today's world.
