Visual brand for a new midsize performance venue, Universal Preservation Hall (UPH), in Saratoga Springs, NY. Bright colors and a background texture combined with enlarged shapes drawn from UPH’s own abstract “façade” icon form a sharp and engaging stained glass effect. The resulting visual feel references the historic building’s famous stained glass windows, a unique feature of the space. This project became a trifold mailer and a series of newspaper ads.
