This is a preview of an experimental typeface designed in the classical French Didot style but fused with the tradition of Arabic calligraphy. The typeface features the striking contrast between the extremely thin hairlines and thick strokes.
Much of the composition examples below require a more calligraphic approach, as a standard font would not allow for the varying degrees of ligatures and arrangements that Arabic demands.
Note: This is not a commercialy or publicly available typeface or for sale, it is for exclusive in-house use currently.
